If you are not satisfied with an item purchased, simply return it within 30 days for an Exchange. All items may be Exchanged for a Credit to use towards a purchase made within 30 days of receiving your return.
- All Exchanges must be ACKNOWLEDGED and AUTHORIZED via Email, and within 3 calendar days of receipt of your order.
- There will be a minimum Restocking Fee of $15 on All Returns, this amount will be deducted from the credit you receive. Once you receive the Exchanged item - the Order is CLOSED- No Further Exchanges or Credits will be Authorized. If no purchase has been made within 30 days, the CREDIT is no longer VALID and the CREDIT is Forfeited.
- To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in its original condition that you received it, (unwashed, unworn, or unused, & price tickets attached) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We cannot accept returns on Sale/Markdown items or Gift Cards. Due to the initiated nature & hygienic standards, Shapewear is not eligible for returns.
