If you are not satisfied with an item purchased, simply return it within 30 days for an Exchange. All items may be Exchanged for a Credit to use towards a purchase made within 30 days of receiving your return.
All Exchanges must be ACKNOWLEDGED and AUTHORIZED via Email, and within 3 calendar days from the receipt of your order. There will be a minimum Restocking Fee of $15 on All Returns, this amount will be deducted from the credit you receive. Once you receive the Exchanged item - the Order is CLOSED- No Further Exchanges or Credits will be Authorized. If no purchase has been made within 30 days, the CREDIT is no longer VALID.
To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in its original condition that you received it, (unwashed, unworn, or unused, & price tickets attached) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We cannot accept returns on Sale/Markdown items or Gift Cards. Due to the initiated nature & hygienic standards, Shapewear is not eligible for returns.
